How to delete your account

To permanently delete your Level Up! account and all associated data, send an email to n1ch0lasd4k1s@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

Deletion is handled manually to verify your identity and prevent your account from being deleted without your knowledge. We may ask why you're leaving to help improve the experience for others, but this is entirely optional and has no effect on your deletion request.

If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it through Google Play before requesting deletion to avoid future charges. Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All of your data will be removed, including but not limited to your level, XP, achievements, logs, reminders, and profile information.

Workout routines you created that were selected to appear in the community library will remain available, but will be fully disassociated from your account and displayed under a generic author placeholder.
